CUTTER
The piece cutter is a machine designed to cut and reduce the trimmings
from panel cutting in order to: reduce the space required for trimmings
and recover fuel or material which can be used again in the production
process of the factory. It is manufactured on sound technical principals
which confer the machine sturdiness, resistance and reliability.
The machine
is basically made of the following components:
an electric control panel;
a blade that cuts the material,
an hydraulic unit which drives the piston.
The machine
operates in two stages:
- feeding of material (normally on a conveyor belt);
- cutting of material by means of the axial movement of the piston.
The machine
does not normally need checks or the presence of an operator:
